Plans and payment

The first wedding on an account is free. A paid wedding is a single payment for that wedding, at the price shown at checkout, in Malaysian ringgit. CHIP collects it. Nothing renews.

The free book holds 1,000 photos and stays open to new wishes for 14 days after the wedding date. The paid book holds 5,000 photos and stays open for 60 days. After that, the book can still be read. Those numbers can change for new weddings; a wedding that has already been paid keeps the limits it was given.

Refunds

If you were charged twice for the same wedding, or a payment went through but the wedding was not upgraded, the extra charge is refunded in full.

Otherwise you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as the wedding date has not passed. A refunded wedding goes back to the free plan and the Classic look; its photos and wishes stay.

Refunds go back through CHIP to the way you paid, and usually arrive within 7 to 14 working days. To ask for one, contact us from the email on the account.

Your book

You are responsible for the photos and wishes in your book, and for removing anything that should not be there. Wedmomentist may take a wedding offline or pause an account that breaks the law or these terms.
